Keith Hall, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully at home on August 25, 2026, following a short illness. Born in Phoenix, Arizona on November 22, 1952, Keith's life was a testament to hard work, love, and an adventurous spirit.
He was the beloved son of the late Keith and Elizabeth Hall and spent his formative years in Clinton, where he graduated from Clinton High School in 1970. Keith married the love of his life, Jackie Jean Bauman, in 1973. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and countless memories, raising their daughter, Crystal Runnells.
Keith was a proud over-the-road trucker, dedicating his career to delivering freight across the country. He often referred to the view from his windshield as his corner office, relishing the opportunity to explore new places and meet people from all walks of life. His passion for the open road was only rivaled by his love for Harley riding, a pastime that brought him great joy and camaraderie, especially through his involvement with ABATE of Wisconsin.
A man of diverse interests, Keith found solace in the great outdoors, whether hunting or fishing with family and friends. His sense of humor was legendary, and he had a knack for brightening any room with his infectious laughter and captivating stories. Those who knew him well will fondly remember his request to share a hilarious joke in his memory, a testament to his enduring spirit and love of life.
Keith is survived by his devoted wife, Jackie Hall; his daughter, Crystal Runnells; and his adored grandchildren, Logan (Meghan) Runnells, with the anticipation of a future great-grandson, Baby Boy Runnells. He also leaves behind his siblings, Tim (Joyce) Hall, Kimberly (Roy) Gilmour, and Kathy Wilson, along with a large extended family who will all miss him dearly.
In addition to his parents, Keith was predeceased by his parents-in-law, Earl and Joyce Bauman; brothers-in-law, Earl Bauman Jr., Mike Halpin, Peter Meyer, Bob Vickers, and Greg Wilson; and his niece, Lisa Halpin.
Although a private funeral will be held, Keith's family invites those who wish to honor his memory to share a joke in his name or remember him through a donation to ABATE of Wisconsin, an organization close to his heart.
Keith's legacy will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him. While no formal services are planned at this time, his family appreciates the love and support from friends and loved ones during this difficult period.
