Dennis M. Rowland

Dennis Michael Rowland on Sunday, May 11, 2025 at his home in Delavan, WI.   He was the son of Armour C. Rowland and Frances O'Keefe Rowland.  His father was a career Navy man and served throughout WWII.  His mother was an artist, painter, and writer.

Dennis was born on June 30, 1951 and graduated from King Philip Regional High School [Wrentham, MA] in 1969.   He worked for the Foxboro Company, becoming a specialist in computer installation and software programs for new energy fuel plants around the globe.  Contracts took him to South America, the Middle East, China, and multiple other countries for 25 years.

When Dennis married the love of his life, Valerie, in 1996, he settled down to a job position covering only the Midwestern United States, no more foreign ports of call.   And when he set the wedding date on his birthday, it was so that he would never ever forget their anniversary.

Dennis  Rowland was full of life, laughter, and loved by many. He will never be forgotten; he will be in the hearts of those who knew him and where his memory will always live on.

Dennis was preceded in death by his wife, Valerie, and older brother Stephen, both in 2024, and his Son Jaime Karcher in 2003.

He is survived by his loving sister Marie Wambold, his loving daughter Natalie Corey and son Eric Corey, and his former son-in-law Tracy Landt.  Dennis had 5 grandchildren, Christopher Stynes,  Taylor Ortega, Gabrielle Stynes, Ethan Corey and Owen Corey, and 5 Great Grandchildren Corbin Macier,  Antonio Ortega, Kimberly Ortega, Weston Pipp and Aurora Pipp.

A remembrance gathering will be scheduled at a later date.
