LAKE GENEVA – Cedric D. Square, age 51, of Lake Geneva passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at home in Lake Geneva. He was born on June 9, 1973 in Alabama to Malinda Keller and adopted by Eddie and Ida (Keller) Square at 10 months. Cedric was married to Tina in 2003. He loved music and singing, coaching kids, and he played semi-pro football for the Burlington Blue Devils.
Cedric is survived by his mother, Ida; children, Taydric, Melissa, and Tyus; ex-wife, Tina; granddaughters, Kayleeanna, Shaniya, Zy’aydah, Malaysia, Kaleah, Kayson, Malikai; sisters, Felicia Square, of AL, Alexria, of AL, and Michon (John), of AL; brothers, Jerry Square, of Delavan, and Calvin (Melissa) Square, of Delavan, Adrian (Kari-Jo), of Wausau, Kawaski, of Rockford, Alex, of AL, and Grover Jr. (Tina), of AL; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Cedric is preceded in death by his father, Eddie; biological mother, Malinda; stepfather, Grover; daughter, Amelia; sister, Tabitha; and nephew, Alex.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
