DELAVAN – Henry John Freitag III, age 73, of Delavan passed away on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at East Troy Manor. He was born on July 14, 1951 in Elkhorn to Henry Jr. and Evalina (Gamble) Freitag. Henry worked for many years in the parts department as Sta-Rite. Henry was united in marriage to Sylvia Hardin on January 20, 1976 at Christ Episcopal Church in Delavan. He attended and was very active at Christ Episcopal Church.
Henry is survived by his wife, Sylvia; a son, Jeff (Natalie) Lininger, of Janesville; step daughter, Marsha, of Janesville; grandchildren; three sisters, Wynnefred (Richard) Sontag, Ellen (Jack) Ankerson, and Barbara (Ron) Lonze; and many nieces and nephews.
Henry is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, David (Judith).
