WILLIAMS BAY – Terrance “T” Welsh Jr., age 50, of Williams Bay passed away on Monday, April 13, 2026 peacefully, at home. He was born on September 29, 1975 in Burlington to Terrance and Nancy (O’Brien) Welsh. T was united in marriage to Maxine Riley in Lake Geneva in 2005. He worked for the City of Delavan as a Building and Zoning Administrator. T loved to travel with his family, fish with his sons, work alongside his best friend taking care of lake homes, and helping others whenever possible. T belonged to the Southwest Wisconsin Building Inspectors Association, was a master electrician, and a certified lineman.
T is survived by his wife, Maxine; three sons, Evan, Ethan, and Elias; his mother, Nancy (David Hasz); a sister, Wendy (Joel) Fell; mother-in-law Irene Riley; sister and brother in-law Cleo & Nick Malmin and nieces and nephews; Dana, Trevor (Tessa), Jordan, Xavier, David (Susan), Daniel (Andi), Benjamin, Elizabeth, Jonathan, Rebekah, Makayla, and Victoria.
T is preceded in death by his father, Terrance Welsh and father-in-law Colin Riley.
Memorial Service will take place at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, April 24, 2026 at Calvary Community Church, N2620 Harris Road in Lake Geneva. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at the church following the Memorial Service. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to T’s family or Williams Bay School for a scholarship in T’s name.
