Adam Aponte, age 50 of Elkhorn, WI, formerly of Delavan, WI, passed away Monday, November 18, 2013 at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee, WI. He was born on May 29, 1963 in Comerio, Puerto Rico. The son of Juan and Elsa (Ayala) Aponte. Adam was united in marriage on November 5, 1983 to Joy Peters in Elkhorn, WI. He was a Manufacturing Supervisor at Thomson Industries in Marengo, IL for over 30 years. Adam always lived life to the fullest. Adam is survived by his wife, Joy of Elkhorn, WI, his two sons, Ehen and Elijah, his sister Judy (Scott) Holcomb of Harvard, IL, his brothers; John (Brenda) Aponte of Eden, MN, Luis (Evelyn) Aponte of Raymond) WI, Ray (Julie) Aponte of Minneapolis, MN, his mother Elsa of Delavan, WI, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Juan Aponte.
Memorial Services will be held at 6:00pm on Thursday, November 21, 2013 at Monroe Funeral Home in Delavan, WI with Rev. Michael F. Cole officiating.
