Audelio Aranda Sr.

DELAVAN – Audelio Aranda, Sr, age 86, of Delavan passed away on Friday, January 2, 2015 at his granddaughter’s home in Darien surrounded by his family. He was born in Millet, TX on August 26, 1928 to Octavio and Teresa (Navaro) Aranda. Audelio was united in marriage to Beatrice Morales on August 20, 1948. He worked as a machinist for five years at Sta-Rite and for 25 years at A.O. Smith. Audelio enjoyed gardening and flowers.  

Audelio is survived by three daughters, Maria (Bernard) Heaney, of Darien, Sylvia Aranda, of Rockford, and Margie (Ray) Ibarra, of Rockford; two sons, Andy (Sherry) Aranda, of Delavan, and Felix (Judy) Aranda, of Delavan; two sisters, Paula Pulis and Lola Aranda, both of Dilley, TX; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Audelio is preceded in death by his wife, Beatrice; a son, Tony; several brothers; a sister; and his parents.

 

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Monroe Funeral Home, 604 E. Walworth Avenue.  Visitation will be held from 10:30 A.M. -1:00 P.M. on Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Roselawn Memory Gardens in Lake Geneva.
