Billie Jo "BJ" Koehl, age 57 of Delavan WI, passed away Sunday August 18, 2013 at her home in Delavan, WI. She was born January 30, 1956 in Elkhorn, WI, the daughter of William and Phyllis (Shmidt) Conner. B.J. was a Registered Nurse for many years at Lakeland Health Care Center in Elkhorn WI then with Aurora VNA Hospice. B.J. touched many lives during her time as a nurse and will always be remembered for her kindness and compassion. She attended St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Delavan. B.J. loved her gardening and all blooming plants. She is survived by her lifelong partner, Willard "Bill" Swanke of Delavan. 1 daughter, Kellie ( Zach) Joerger and her son Shane (Gina Ciaramita) Koehl. 2 grandsons, Riley and Caden. 1 sister, Patti Irwin and 2 brothers, Jim (Tracy) Conner and Ed (Sheila) Ginner. Mother, Phyllis Conner and many nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. She is preceded in death by her father, 1 brother Ron Ginner and 1 sister, Toni Ginner.
