DELAVAN – Coral J. Sherman, age 76, of Delavan passed away on Wednesday, July 20 at his home in Delavan. He was born on September 3, 1939 in Plainfield, WI to Marvin and Juanita (Mitchell) Sherman. Coral proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corp. He was united in marriage to Patricia O’Connor on September 12, 1964. Coral is survived by his wife of 52 years, Pat; a son, Shane Sherman, of Bozeman, MT; a grandson, Mitchell John Sherman, of Elkhorn; a great granddaughter, Evelynn; a sister, Debbie (Wayne) Warner, of Pewaukee, WI; two brothers, Leonard (L.B.) Kline, Jr., of Whitewater, and Harland (Barbara) Sherman, of Janesville; a sister-in-law, Erin Logterman; his loyal dog, Gizmo; and many nieces and nephews. Coral is preceded in death by his parents and a sister Myrna Catanello.
