Dean "Beaver" Gramly, age 73, a long time resident of Delavan, WI passed away at his home Friday August 22, 2014. He was born in Aurora, IL on March 29, 1941 to Merritt and Evelyn (Faber) Gramly. He married Audrey J. Paluck on June 30, 1962 in Plainfield IL. His career was dedicated to the underground construction industry for most of his life. He finally and currently owned and operated his own company, D.A.G. Enterprises. Beaver was blessed with the gift of gab as anyone who had the pleasure of meeting him would know. He will be dearly missed!
He was the proud father of Brad Gramly, Gina Gramly (Cory) and Annette Shinkus (Eric). Loving Grandfather of Hunter, Shelby, Cade, Payton and Jenna. Also a loving Uncle to nephew Tim Gramly (Sommer), and many other nieces and nephews. An amazing man to many, many friends. He is preceded in death by his mother and father, brothers Glenn (Pat) and Gary (Kathy) and niece Jodeen Gramly.
Memorial Services will be 11:00am Saturday August 30, 2014 at St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Delavan, WI with Deacon Phil Kilkenny officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00am to service time at 11:00am at the church on Saturday. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be sent to the University of Chicago Cancer Center, Mesothelioma program, Hedy Lee Kindler M.D. in Dean Gramly's honor.
