DELAVAN - Delores Deschner, 94, of Delavan, passed away Friday, November 8, 2024 at Azura Memory Care of Clinton. She was born in Delavan on September 3, 1930 to John and Emma Kline. Delores was united in marriage to Donald Deschner on February 25, 1950 at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Delavan. Don passed away on February 22, 2009. Delores worked for many years as a mail carrier in the Delavan area. She was an active member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Red Hats, and Delavan Women’s Bowling League.
Delores is survived by her daughter, Terri Dahl of Delavan; a son, Craig (Lori) Deschner of Delavan; three grandchildren: Tyler, Ashley, and Britney; three great grandchildren, Ryder, River, and Aspen; and nieces and nephews.
Delores was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Donald; and brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at Monroe Funeral Home, 604 E. Walworth Avenue in Delavan. Burial will follow the visitation at Spring Grove Cemetery in Delavan. Memorials may be made to the Our Redeemer Lutheran Church with School.
