Donald Blackwell, 79, of Delavan, Wi., passed away on Thursday, July 12, 2012, at Lakeland Health Care Center, in Elkhorn, Wi. He was born in Boise, Idaho on June 12, 1933, the son of Raymond and Ora (Quint) Blackwell. Donald was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a custodian for the Delavan Postal Service.
