DELAVAN – Evelyn J. Lindberg, age 71, of Delavan passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at Mercy Walworth in Lake Geneva. She was born in Cook County, IL on July 6, 1943. Evelyn married Gerald Lindberg on June 28, 1963 in Delavan.
Evelyn is survived by her four sons, Gerald (Liz) Lindberg Jr., of Pell Lake, WI, Jeff Lindberg, of Darien, Aaron (Rhonda) Lindberg, of Elkhorn, and Adam Lindberg, of Milwaukee; four grandchildren; and siblings, Walter (Albertha) Swets, of MI, Ed (Millie) Swets, of Delavan, Judy (Elmer) Visscher, of Platte, SD, and Harold Swets, of WI. Evelyn is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gerald; a sister, Arlene; and a brother, Henry.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at the Brick Church, Brick School Road in Walworth. Visitation will be held from 4-7 P.M. on Monday, December 15, 2014 at Monroe Funeral Home and from 10 A.M. until the time of service on Tuesday at the church.
