Florence Clemons, age 81 of Elkhorn and formerly of Rice Lake, passed away peacefully on Thursday July 28, 2011 at Lakeland Health Care Center in Elkhorn, Wi. She was born on September 3, 1929 in Chicago Il., the daughter of Clyde and Virginia (Brown) Rowe. Florence enjoyed traveling, spending time with her family, horse racing and reading.
She is survived by her husband Herman of Shell Lake, Wi.; Her sons, Thomas (Linda) Clemons of LaGrange Kentucky, Samuel Clemons of Louisville Kentucky, Lynn Clemons of Louisville Kentucky and Edward (Joanne) of Rice Lake Wi. Her daughter, Sheri Bronstad of Whitewater Wi. She is also survived by three brothers, Dr. William Dugdale of Ca., Roy Dugdale of Ca. and Edward Dugdale of Wi. Two sisters; Dorothy Burke of Ca. and Edith Riehm of Il. She is preceded in death by her parents and one sister Virginia Rambert.
