Delavan – Jacqueline S. Finney, age 66, formerly of LaCrosse, WI, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, November 4, 2019 at Mercy Hospital in Janesville, WI. She was born February 18, 1953 to Maurice and Marietta (Ruark) Routh in Iowa. Jacqueline was united in marriage to Robert V. Finney on August in LaCrosse. She enjoyed spending time with her family near and far, being outside tending to her plants and flowers, chatting with her neighbors, and was looking forward to her first cruise. She is going to be greatly missed!!!
Jacqueline is preceded in death by her husband Robert; her parents; and her brothers Junior, Danny, Ronny, and Johnny Carpenter; and sister Vicki Lynn Routh.
Jacqueline is survived by her sons, Randy (Yolanda) and Michael Broome; siblings, Michael, June, and Jenese, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
A Celebration Gathering will be held Saturday, November 23, 2019 at the VFW Post 1530 located at 630 S. 6 th St., LaCrosse, WI from 1 pm to 3pm. Funeral will follow immediately at Mormon Coulee Memorial Park located at N1137 Bloomer Mill Road, LaCrosse, WI. Monroe Funeral home is assisting the family.
