DELAVAN – James L. Hass, age 72, of Delavan passed away on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at home in Delavan. He was born in Milwaukee on September 24, 1950 to Ralph and Evelyn (Tyjeski) Hass. Jim served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was united in marriage to Donna Miles on September 13, 1976. Jim worked for Sta-Rite and Pentair for 43 years. He was an avid outdoorsman, loved Wisconsin sports, and was a member at Delbrook Golf Course.
Jim is survived by his wife of 47 years, Donna; two daughters, Beth (Brian) Nickels, of Delavan, and Kelly (Rob Schuett) Hass, of Henderson, TN; three sons, James Hass, of St. Charles, IL, Tim (Rebecca) Hass, of Yuma, AZ, and Miles (Caroline) Hass, of Sharon, WI; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; and three sisters, Janice, Jackie, and Jean.
Jim is preceded in death by his parents.
In remembrance of Jim, a family gathering will be held on Thanksgiving at their home.
