DELAVAN – Jeremy Guzman, age 41, of Delavan passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at Beloit Memorial Hospital. He was born in Elkhorn on August 23, 1979 to Armando and Linda (DeLeon) Guzman. Jeremy was a loving son, brother, and father who adored his girls. He was also an avid fisherman and loved the outdoors.
Jeremy is survived by his two daughters, Gabriella L. Guzman, and Alyssa Flores; grandson, Ezekiel; his father, Armando (Biatris) Guzman, of Walworth; his mother, Linda (Joe) Wojcik, of Clinton; a brother, Austin Odling, of TX; sister, Kayla (Grant) Weller, of Walworth; grandparents, Pedro and Delia DeLeon; aunts and uncles, Oscar DeLeon, Lisa (Diesel) LaForce, Jerry (Patricia) DeLeon, Gary (Leticia) DeLeon, Danny (Janell) DeLeon, Diane (Dewayne) Gladney, Robert (Guadalupe) Guzman, Ismael (Kelly) Guzman, and Irma (Arnulfo) Mendoza; many nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends; and his special dog, Pokey.
Jeremy is preceded in death by his grandparents, Cecilio and Emma Guzman; his beloved aunts, Jackie DeLeon, Maria Garza, and Tina Rendon; his Uncle Cecilio Guzman Jr.; and his cousins, Sylvia Cunningham and Noe Rendon Jr.
Private Funeral Services will be held at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church, 714 E. Walworth Avenue in Delavan. For all those who knew and loved Jeremy, burial services will be held at Roselawn Memory Gardens (Hwy 50 & 67) at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 to say goodbye. He will be laid to rest next to his grandmother Emma.
