JEFFERSON - Joan Wallin-Barney, age 85, passed away on Tuesday, December 7, 2021. She was originally from Omro, WI and then moved to Chicago where she met and married her first husband, Jerome Wallin. She had four children, Amanda (Russell Rubo), Jerome (Kay) Wallin, Joel Wallin, and Gregory (Oakie) Wallin. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved music, dancing, and writing poetry.
Joan is preceded in death by her first husband, Jerome; her second husband, Ross, her sons, Jerome and Joel; her granddaughter, Audrey; and four siblings.
Joan will be missed by many; her son, Greg; daughter, Amanda; and grandkids, Adam, Lisa, Amy (Jeff), Kenny, Robyn (Josh), Kaitlyn, Jesse, and Reba; great grandkids, Wayne, Edward, and Lucy.
Private Family Services will be held at a later date.
