DELAVAN – Joseph “JJ” Heller, age 39, of Delavan, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 23, 2024, at Aurora St. Lukes Medical Center in Milwaukee, surrounded by many of his loving family members. He was born on January 21, 1985, in Elkhorn to Kevin and Carol (Beaulieu) Heller. JJ attended school in Delavan and worked in the family landscaping business (Heller’s Landscaping) for many years. He was an avid Chicago sports fan, especially the Chicago Bears, and loved his music, and the WWE.
JJ is survived by his mother, Carol (Robert) Haskins; sister, Amanda Heller & her children, Kaylie, Blake, Skye, Brooklyn, and Riley; brother, Alex (Cheri) Drohner & family; grandmother, Lucille Beaulieu; aunts, Tammy Heller, Christy (Mike) Brahm, Penny (Bill) Stroud, Wendy Hanke, Mary Lou (Keith) Kolls, Paula (Ernie) Kraft, Yvonne (Dieter) Sturm, Renee Beaulieu; uncles, Joel Beaulieu, Mike Beaulieu, Rick Beaulieu, John Beaulieu, Don Beaulieu, Dave Beaulieu, Lawrence Heller, Doyle (Paula) Heller, Glenn Ray (Joyce) Heller, along with many wonderful cousins and extended family. JJ is also survived by his best friends, Myles Michelson, Tyler Hanke (cousin) and Jackson (his loving dog).
JJ is preceded in death by his father, Kevin Heller; grandfather & grandmother, Glenn & June Heller; uncles, Michael Heller, Tim Hanke, Thomas Beaulieu, and Dennis Beaulieu.
If possible, please donate blood this year with Joseph (JJ) in mind. Blood was generously provided to him while at St. Lukes, trying to resolve his rare blood condition.
Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at Monroe Funeral Home, 604 E. Walworth Avenue in Delavan. Visitation will be held from 9:30 A.M. until the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home. In honor of his love of sports, please wear your favorite sports attire for this special day.
