CALEDONIA – Joyce A. Los, age 76, of Caledonia formerly of Delavan passed away on Monday, September 25, 2023 at Ascension All Saints Hospital in Racine. She was born on July 14, 1947 to Leonard and Marion (Zimmerman) Thayer. Joyce was united in marriage to Francis “Frank” Los on March 13, 1965 at Delavan Christian Reformed Church. Frank passed away on October 20, 2020. Joyce and Frank owned and operated Los Transfer and Storage in Delavan. Joyce was very active at her church. She loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren and watching Wisconsin sports.
Joyce is survived by her three children, Daniel (Barb) Los, of Hudsonville, MI, Deborah (Craig) Wiegers, of Mt. Pleasant, WI, and David (Cherie) Los, of Sioux Center, IA; grandchildren, Sarah Los, Eric (Anna) Los, Katie Los, Casey (Andrew) Kowitz, Abby (Alex) Freitag, Zach (fiancée Shana) Los, Bethany (Michael) Cook, Rachel (Joe) Harrison, Rebecca Los, Hannah Los, Elisha Los, and Jacob Los; 3 great grandchildren; three sisters, Kay, Janice, and Chris; two brothers, Gary and Keith; and any nieces and nephews.
Joyce is preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Frank.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at Delavan Christian Reformed Church, 850 Oak Street in Delavan. Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the service on Saturday at the church. Burial will take place at Roselawn Memory Gardens in Lake Geneva. Memorials can be directed to the Delavan Christian School.
