DELAVAN – Kristin Jeaneen Jaworski, age 27, of Delavan passed away on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 in Rochelle, IL. She was born in Milwaukee on September 13, 1991 to Joseph and Kelly (Bjorklund) Jaworski.
Kristin is survived by her father, Joe (Melinda) Jaworski, of Delavan; a step sister, Monica Lara; and two step brothers, Michael and Pancho Valadez.
Kristin is preceded in death by her mother. Kelly; grandparents, Gerald and Mary Jaworski; and her Aunt Sue Jaworski.
A Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. – NOON on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at Monroe Funeral Home, 604 E. Walworth Ave in Delavan.
