ELKHORN – Marion Gene Billington, age 78, of Elkhorn passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2018 at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee. He was born on November 17, 1939 to Rayford and Bess (Shockley) Billington. Marion was united in marriage to Mary Lee Conde on May 10, 1959. Mary Lee passed away on November 24, 1987. Marion worked for many years as a carpenter with Lorenz Contractors. He attended the Delavan UCC Church.
Marion is survived by eight children, John Billington, of KY, Mark (Amy) Billington, of Westfield, WI, Marie Glowaty, of Manitowoc, WI, Randy Billington, of Clinton, Marsa (Dave Peter) Kahlke, of Adams, WI, Roger (Lena) Billington, of Clinton, Brenda Nance, of Darien, and Jana (Michael) Webb, of Sharon; 19 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and one on the way; one great-great grandchild; three sisters, Georgia (Mike) Casper, Jane (Bob) Hoehn, and Marlene (Jim) Street; and a brother, John (Melba) Billington.
Marion is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lee; a son, Brian; and a son-in-law, David Glowaty.
Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Monroe Funeral Home, 604 E. Walworth Ave in Delavan. Visitation will be held from 9:30 A.M. until the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
