Delavan/ Mavis Pearl Stokholm, age 72 of Delavan, passed away Wednesday September 1, 2010 at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center in Elkhorn.She was born April 18, 1938 in Rodman Iowa, the daughter of Garrett and Willimina Timmerman Vreeman. Mavis married Christian Stokholm July 18, 1957 and he preceded her in death September 29, 1999. She was a loving mother and a home maker. She was a member of the Christian Reformed Church in Delavan.
She is survived by 6 sons; Greg of Rush City, Mn., Jeff (Nancy) of Spokane, Wa., Dan (Amy) of Boiling Springs S.C., Eric of Clearwater, Fl., Mike (Linda) of San Diego, Ca. and Jaye (Nora) of Columbia, Md. 8 grandchildren also are surviving. 5 sisters; LaVonne, Janice, Mary Jane, Geri and Carol. 1 brother, Tim. Also nieces and nephews. She is prededed in death by her parents, 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
