DELAVAN – Nina Anderson, age 59, of Delavan passed away on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 with her family by her side at home in Delavan. She was born in Kenosha on February 4, 1965 to Konstant and Ruth (Slater) Kumiszco. Nina worked hard in a field that was not built for women and grew to be respected by co-workers and management alike. She spent years working at Micro Precision, ITW, and Isleis as a Swiss/CNC machinist. Nina also worked side jobs at liquor stores and local grocery stores and she was known by many.
Nina loved spending time with her girls. She loved to garden, grill, and putz around in the yard. She liked to fish and be outdoors and find fun in life. Nina was an avid Packer fan and loved her Super Bowl birthday. She was a teacher, mother, friend, and a good time. Nina was loved immensely by her family.
Nina is survived by her daughters, Cassandra Anderson and Wendy (Jacob) Anderson; granddaughter, Charlotte Otto, of Elkhorn; and a sister, Kathleen (Joseph) Britton, of MI.
Nina is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Konise Pierangeli.
Visitation will be held from NOON – 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, August 4, 2024 at Monroe Funeral Home, 604 E. Walworth Avenue in Delavan.
