DELAVAN – Patrick J. Kennedy, age 86, of Delavan passed away on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee. He was born in Milwaukee on October 14, 1931 to John and Anne (Murphy) Kennedy. Patrick was united in marriage to Mary Hooper on February 10, 1962. He enjoyed camping, gardening, traveling, and drinking coffee on the deck.
Pat is survived by his wife of 56 years, Mary; two children, Rita Butke, of Delavan, and Mark (Danelle) Kennedy, of Springdale, AR; four grandchildren, Tyler (Ashley Averkamp) Butke, Megan Butke, Autumn Kennedy, and Dannica Kennedy; and a brother, John (Carol) Kennedy, of New Berlin.
Pat is preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church, 714 E. Walworth Ave. in Delavan. Visitation will be held from 9:30 A.M. until the time of the service on Tuesday at the church. Burial will take place at St. Andrews Cemetery. MONROE FUNERAL HOME in Delavan is assisting the family.
