DELAVAN – Phillip W. Peterson, age 88, of Delavan passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at Vintage on the Ponds in Delavan. He was born in Bradford Township, WI on January 16, 1934 to George and Arie (Sleeter) Peterson. Phillip proudly served in the U.S. Air Force. Phillip was united in marriage to Margaret Kachinski on January 20, 1968 at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Delavan. He was a supervisor for many years at Nestle. Phillip loved traveling and the outdoors. He also enjoyed playing bingo, the lottery, mini golf, and was in a bowling league in his younger days. Phillip loved to keep a full record of all vacations the family would take when his daughter Pamela was young. At age 85, Phillip walked his daughter down the aisle in a very beautiful and unforgettable moment for all in attendance at the wedding.
Phillip is survived by his daughter, Pam (Justin) Green, of Delavan; his brother, Dave Peterson, of Janesville; and many nieces and nephews.
Phillip is preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Margaret.
Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
