Raymond H. Cizek, age 89 of Delavan, WI, passed away on Monday, September 16, 2013 at Lakeland Health Care Center in Elkhorn, WI. He was born December 29, 1923 to his parents Louis and Rose Cizek. Raymond was united in marriage on March 4, 1945 to Lucille (Wozniak) Cizek in Chicago, IL. Lucille preceded Raymond in passing on June 3, 2004. Raymond was a member of St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Delavan, WI. He was also a member of the United States Navy in South Pacific during WWII. Raymond is survived by his two sons, James Cizek of TX, and Richard (Shelly) Cizek of Delavan, WI, his four grandchildren; Carolyn, Rachel, Elyse, and Ashley, his two great-grandchildren, Dylan and Matthew, his three sister; Dorothy, Theresa, and Marion, and his brother, Emil. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, grandson Michael, daughter-in-law Francine, and his brother Robert.
Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00am on Friday, September 20, 2013 at St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Delavan, WI. Visitation will be held from 10:00am until service time on Friday, September 20, 2013, at the church. Father Jim Schuerman will be officiating.
