DELAVAN – Van Kirk Brown Jr., age 49, of Delavan passed away on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at Aurora Zilber Family Hospice in Wauwatosa. He was born in Oscoda, MI on February 27, 1969 to Van Sr. and Patricia (DeVoy) Brown. Van worked as a supervisor for Cat 5 Restoration. He was an avid fan of football, baseball, and golf.
Van is survived by a son, Tyler Brown, of Elkhorn; his parents, Van Sr. and Patricia; a sister, Kelly Poltermann, of Williams Bay; two nephews, Eric Jacobs and Hayden Poltermann; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 416 W. Geneva Street in Delavan. Visitation will be held from 9:30 A.M. until the time of the service on Saturday at the church. Memorials can be directed to the Special Olympics of Wisconsin, specialolympicswisconsin.org
