Virginia Kay Moser, age 77, passed in her sleep on April 9, 2014. She was a resident at the Lakeland Health Care Center in Elkhorn,WI. Virginia(Ginny) was an only child of Elmer & Sophia Moser.
Virginia was virtually a lifetime resident of Delavan,WI until the last few years, which she spent in homes for the aged. She graduated from Delevan High School. Virginia worked 43 years for Walworth County at the County Building in Elkhorn doing mostly clerical work.
She sang with the Sweet Adelines for more than 40 years, as well as many years with the Our Redeemer Church Choir.
After being diagnosed with dementia in 2009, she retreated into a quiet life until her passing. She is survived by several cousins on her Mother's side of the family.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, in Delavan, WI, with Rev. Robert P. Rickman officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00am until time of service at the church. Donations in lieu of flowers in memory of Virginia Moser to Alzheimer's Association (www.alz.org).
