DELAVAN – Suella Edler, age 76, of Delavan passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2017 at Village Glen Memory Care in Lake Geneva. She was born in Benton, IL on October 28, 1940 to Everett and Etta (Collins) Moss. Suella was united in marriage to Rex Edler on December 14, 1963 in Shannon, IL. She worked for many years at the Wisconsin School for the Deaf and she was also a longtime member of Delavan United Methodist Church.

Suella is survived by three daughters, Rhonda Edler, of Delavan, Cathy (Preston Ashley) Edler, of Delavan, and Callie (Jeffrey) Davis, of Delavan; two grandchildren, Jameson Davis, and Jaxon Davis; a great grandchild, Aliyah; and a brother, George Moss.

Suella is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Rex; granddaughter, Ashley Edler; and five brothers and two sisters.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at Delavan United Methodist Church, 213 S. 2nd Street in Delavan, WI. Visitation will be held from 9:30 A.M. until the time of the service on Tuesday at the church. Burial will take place at 1:30 P.M. at Chapel Hills Memorial Gardens in Freeport, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to Alzheimer’s Association of SE Wisconsin. In honor of Suella, feel free to wear purple for the funeral.
