JANESVILLE – Alexy “Nikki” Varela, age 21, passed away on Saturday, Febuary 13, 2016. She was born in Janesville on May 20, 1994. Alexy worked as a manager at Extreme Smoke & Vapor in Janesville.
Alexy is survived by her mother, Sheila Hoffman, of Janesville; father, Alex Varela, of Elkhorn; four sisters, Heather Matezevich, of Janesville, Samantha Palafox, of Austin, TX, Talyna Varela, of Elkhorn, and Codie Valdez, of Delavan; three brothers, Bear Valdez, of Delavan, Leonel Palafox, of Austin, TX, and Xavier Varela, of Elkhorn; grandparents, Guadlupe and Francisca Varela; aunts and uncles, “Tia Mom” Cindy Valdez and “Papa” Gil Valdez, Dawn (John) Hunter, Beatrice Aranda, Ceasar Varela, and Stephanie, Ricky, Bobby, Randy, and Ronnie Hoffman; niece, Victoria Matezevich; and many additional relatives. Alexy is preceded in death by her Uncle Earl; and her grandparents, Richard Hoffman and Beverley Churchill.
