Betty Jane White, age 83 of Delavan, died Thursday, May 12, 2011 at the home of her daughter's in Humbird, WI. She was born on Oct. 6, 1927 in York County, NE, the daughter of Otto and Lena Junge. Betty married Robert White on July 25, 1951 in McCool Junction, NE. In addition to being a homemaker, she was employed as a prep cook for Traveler Coffee Shop in downtown Delavan for 25 years. She was a longtime member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Delavan, where she served as a Ladies Aide.
Betty is survived by her husband, Robert of Delavan; 2 daughters: Jennifer (Fred) Doane of Lake Geneva and Mary Beth (Peter) White-Jacobs of Humbird, WI; 3 sons: Douglas (Nancy) White of Lake Forrest, CA and Brian (Dawn Wollslair) White of Delavan and Jeffrey (Susan) White of Savannah, Ga.; 9 grandchildren: Michael (fianc
