Christina R. Lindloff, age 64 of Delavan Wi., passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at Huntington Place in Janesville Wi.She was born July 6, 1946 in Detroit Michigan, the daughter of Leonard and Maybelle (Anderson) Louis. Christina married Phillip Lindloff August 17, 1968 at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Delavan Wi. She was a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where she received a Masters Degree in Fine Arts. She was a dedicated art instructor at Phoenix Middle School in Delavan for 29 years before retiring. The Delavan-Darien School District awarded her the Werbel Award for outstanding teaching. She served as a coach for the 'Odyssey Of The Mind' program and for girls youth softball. Christina had a deep love for animals, nature and flower gardening, and enjoyed snowmobiling.
Christina is survived by her husband Phil of Delavan, her daughter, Stephanie (Robert Moore) Lindloff of Albany, New York. 1 sister; Debra (Paul) Peterson of Janesville Wi. Her two brothers, William (Julie) Bergeron of Glendale Wi. and Robert (Alice) Bergeron of Lenexa, Ka. Also surviving are nieces and nephews.
Memorial Services will be at 11:00am Saturday, April 23, 2011 at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Delavan, Wi., with Rev. Robert P. Rickman officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 9:00am to service time at the Church. Burial will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery in Delavan Wi.
