DELAVAN – Colin Riley, age 68, of Delavan passed away on Monday, July 10, 2017 at Rockford Memorial Hospital in Rockford, IL. He was born in Warrington, Cheshire, England on August 20, 1948 to Arthur and Violet (Boardman) Riley. Colin was united in marriage to Irene Langridge in 1971.
Colin is survived by his wife, Irene; two daughters, Maxine (T) Welsh, of Williams Bay, and Cleo (Nick) Malmin, of Elkhorn; and seven grandchildren, Dana, Trevor, Jordan, Evan, Xavier, Ethan, and Elias.
Colin is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Arthur and Tom; and a sister, Maureen.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at Monroe Funeral Home, 604 E. Walworth Ave in Delavan. Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service on Wednesday at the Funeral Home. Burial will take place at the Delavan Arboretum at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, July 21, 2017. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to a charity of your choice.
