David Eugene Peck, 62, of Darien, Wi., passed away on May 2, 2012, at Agrace Hospice Care in Fitchburg, Wi. He was born in Beloit, Wi. on April 24, 1950, the son of Paul Peck and Esther McKinney. He married Karen Brande on May 10, 1980. He was a truck driver for Odling Construction for many years and was a member of Darien Methodist church. He was a veteran of the U.S. military and belonged to Darien American Legion Post 450. David loved his grandchildren dearly and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and horses. He was also a member of the NRA.
He is survived by his wife, Karen of Darien; 1 daughter Brett (John) Teubert, of Janesville, 1 son; Don Peck, of Darien, and 2 grandchildren; Susan Garrels and Casey Teubert. He is preceded in death by his parents.
