DELAVAN – Dennis A. “Sumo” Phelps, age 47, of Delavan passed away on Monday, December 19, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton. He was born August 3, 1969.
Dennis is survived by a sister, Cindy Essington, of Pell Lake, WI; two brothers, David (Jennifer) Burdick, of Elkhorn, and Jeremiah Burdick, of Delavan; four nieces, Lily, Makayla, Abigail, and Emalee; and six nephews, Jeremiah Jr., Danny, Wyatt, Waylon, Kayden, and Noah.
Dennis is preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Burdick and grandmother, Marion.
Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 416 W. Geneva Street in Delavan with Rev. Robert P. Rickman officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service on Thursday at the church.
