Tuesday, November 6th, 2012Dennis C. Buckel, age 69 of Williams Bay Wi., passed away Tuesday November 6, 2012 at his home in Williams Bay Wi. Dennis was born November 11, 1942 in Oak Park Il., the son of George and Lorna (Zolla) Buckel. He was united in marriage to Diane Sorenson on July 4, 1964 in Oak Park Il. Dennis was a member of the Chicago Fire Department serving on the Marine Unit, Air and Sea Rescue. He was later employed at Woodlawn Engineering in Addison Il. He was a member of the Rock County Gun Club.
Dennis is survived by his wife Diane of Williams Bay. His daughters; Deanna (Marty) Coomes of St. Charles Il. and Deidra (Glenn) Busch of Lake In The Hills, Il. His son, Drake Buckel of Mason, Ohio. 7 grandchildren; Lauren, Stephen, Jonathan, Riley, Connor, Rachel and Sarah. His sisters; Diane (Jim) Reilly of Addison Il. and Daryl Buckel of Addison Il. His brother, Dean Buckel of Addison, Il. His mother Lorna Buckel of Williams Bay. Also surviving are nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, George Buckel
Funeral Services will be 11:00am Saturday, November 10, 2012 at the Monroe Funeral Home in Delavan, Wi. Visitation will be Friday, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at the funeral home. Entombment will be at Roselawn Memory Gardens in Lake Geneva, Wi. MONROE FUNERAL HOME in Delavan, Wi. is assisting the family
