WILLIAMS BAY – Ellen L. Reddy, age 64, of Williams Bay passed away on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at home. She was born on September 1, 1958 to David and Patricia (Wise) Heenan. Ellen was united in marriage to David Reddy. She was a liaison for Walworth County Health and Human Services. Ellen was a Delavan City Council member.
Ellen is survived by her husband, David; two daughters, Dr. Erin (John) Stefely, of Cambridge, MA, and Colleen (Tommy) Hickey, of Virginia Beach, VA; five grandchildren, Theo, Clare, Drew, Hannah, and Quinn; a sister, Jean (Rodger); a brother, Tim; and nieces and nephews.
Ellen is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, David.
