Saturday, September 29th, 2012Hugh C. Brown, age 92 of Delavan, Wi., passed away Saturday September 29, 2012 at Holton Manor Nursing Home in Elkhorn, Wi. He was born February 27, 1920 in Lodi Wi., the son of Charles and Evelyn (Scharfenburg) Brown. Hugh married Myrtle Walther in 1946 and she preceded him in death July 25, 2008. He worked for Amon and Sons Contractors in Elkhorn as a heavy machine operator until his retirement.
He is survived by his daughter Betty Brown of Milwaukee. His sons; Hugh Brown of Delavan and Todd Brown of Delavan. Many grand and great-grandchildren survive him. Also his sister, Mary Strieb. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Myrtle, 1 son Charles and brothers and sisters.
