DELAVAN – Jack Spencer, age 88, of Delavan passed away on Monday, January 3, 2022 at Holton Manor in Elkhorn. He was born in Elkhorn in February 1933 to Wardell and Avis Spencer. Jack proudly served in the U.S. Army. Jack was united in marriage to Carol Arenz in January 1956 at St. Andrews Catholic Church in Delavan. He worked for the U.S. Postal Service for 33 years.
Jack loved movies and spent time in his younger years working at local movie theaters in Delavan, Elkhorn, and Lake Geneva. Jack and Carol spent a lot of time in their RV camping with dear neighbors. They enjoyed dream vacations in Alaska and Germany.
Jack is survived by his wife of 65 years, Carol; two sons, Jack Spencer, and Jeff (Melynn) Spencer; four grandchildren, Steven Spencer, Shannon (Spencer) Lentz, Dustin Spencer, and Lexi Spencer; and eight great-grandchildren.
Jack is preceded in death by his parents.
