JANESVILLE – Jaclyn Rose (Stevens) Rios, age 26, of Janesville passed away on Friday, July 20, 2018 at home in Janesville. She was born in Elkhorn on May 6, 1992 to James and Dawn (Mortlock) Stevens.
Jaclyn is survived by her husband, Emilio, of Elkhorn; a son, Silas Rios, of Elkhorn; her parents, Dawn Stevens and James (Linda) Stevens; mother-in-law, Margarita Ugarte; three sisters, Liza Stevens; Diana Stevens; and Alexandria Stevens; two brothers, James Stevens and Christopher Stevens; and grandparents, Donna Depper and Gregory Mortlock.
Services will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Friday, July 27, 2018 at Monroe Funeral Home, 604 E. Walworth Ave in Delavan. Visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M. until the time of the service on Friday at the funeral home.
