Jason C. Chase, age 34 of Delavan, Wi. passed away peacefully entering God's loving arms Saturday July 2, 2011 surrounded by his loved ones at Seasons Hospice in Waukesha Wi. He was born January 16, 1977 in Janesville Wi., the son of Charles and LaVonne (Haas) Chase. Jason was a Pre-Press Technician For Cygnus Business Media.
Jason is survived by his beloved wife, Katie; his parents, Chuck and LaVonne; his sister, Breanne Chase; grandfather, Clarence Haas and many dear relatives and friends.
Memorial Services will be 4:00pm, Thursday July 7, 2011 at the Monroe Funeral Home in Delavan, Wi. with Rev. Elisa Brandt officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00pm to service time on Thursday at the funeral home. MONROE FUNERAL HOME in Delavan, Wi. is assisting the family.
