DARIEN – Jason Grant Lambert, age 35, of Darien passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2015. He was born in Monroe, WI on July 20, 1979 to James and Diane (Putman) Lambert.
Jason is survived by his father, James Lambert, of Brodhead; two siblings, James Lambert Jr., of Darien, and Jodi Lambert, of West Allis; and grandmother, Alma Lambert, of Brodhead. Jason is preceded in death by his mother, Diane.
Visitation will be held from 3:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, July 9, 2015 at Monroe Funeral Home, 604 E. Walworth Ave.
