Jeffrey A. Hume age 46 of Delavan, WI, passed away Wednesday October 9, 2013 at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center in Elkhorn, WI. He was born October 26, 1966 in Janesville, WI, the son of David and Carol (Knaack) Hume. Jeff was united in marriage to Hope Ostrowski on May 11, 2011 in Delavan, WI. Jeffrey is survived by his wife Hope of Delavan, WI and 1 son, Logan Hume of Whitewater, WI, step-children; Kayla, Tony and Alex, 1 sister Amy (Randy) Barker of Delavan, WI, half- sister Michelle, a niece and nephew, his mother Jeannie Atwell of Delavan, WI, and his father, David (Kathy) Hume of Walworth, WI.
Funeral Services will be 11:00am Monday October 14, 2013 at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Delavan, WI with Rev. Robert P. Rickman officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00am to service time on Monday at the church. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memory Gardens in Lake Geneva, WI.
