Delavan/ John R. Bennett age 76 of Delavan, passed away Thursday September 23, 2010 at his home.He was born May 13, 1934 in Barrington Il., the son of Francis and Alberta Horn Bennett. John married Janet Kronenberger in February of 1955 in Barrington Il. John was employed at a Chemical company in Illinios as a Benefits manager for many years until his retirement.
John is survived by 1 daughter Laura Bennett of Park Ridge of Park Ridge Il. and 1 grandson Austin. 2 sisters, Frances Fike of W.V.. and Nancy (Harold) Trevithick of Co.. 3 brothers, Leslie (Marilu) of Il., Robert of Il. and Lovell (Pat) of Ca. 2 sisters in law, Florence Bennett of Mn. and Audre Bennett of Wi. Also surviving are nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Janet, 2 brothers, Donald and William.
