Jon Logan, veteran and longtime resident of Fort Bragg, CA, died unexpectedly on March 23rd, 2017 at the age of 58.
Jon is survived by his wife, Sarah Naples; his parents; and his children, Scarlet Pena and Joseph Logan. He is predeceased by his brothers, Stephen and William Logan, and his son, Jacob Logan.
Jon was born in Plainfield, WI on December 15, 1958 to Jean and Al Logan. He attended the University of Wisconsin in Whitewater for three years and joined the army after college, where he served for nine years.
Jon enjoyed travelling and had a passion for flight. He often shared his love for the sky by visiting air shows across the country as well as flying people in his two-seat ultralight aircraft. He will be deeply missed by his friends and family.
A funeral service is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on May 10 at the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery at 21731 Spring St, Union Grove, WI. Luncheon reception to follow at Michael’s on the Lake at 3101 Eagle Rd, Kansasville, WI. In place of flowers please give to your favorite charity.
