ADAMS, WI – Judith L. Cole, age 81, of Adams, WI formerly of Woodstock, IL passed away on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at Delavan Health Services. She was born on September 2, 1944 in Woodstock, IL to Leo and Lucille (Hasty) Zimmerman. Judith loved fishing, thrifting and collecting antiques, cooking, playing Bingo, and spending time with her family.
Judith is survived by her two daughters, Donna Jacobs, of Rockford, IL, and Cynthia Cole, of Adams, WI; three grandchildren, Steven Bartlett, Fred Gieske, and Ashley Gieske; four great grandchildren; three brothers, Robert (Nancy) Zimmerman, Clint Zimmerman, and Chuck (Cindy) Zimmerman; a sister, Shirley Pittman; and many nieces and nephews.
Judith is preceded in death by her parents; a son, Douglas Robert; two grandchildren, Charles Ackerberg and Emily Gieske; three brothers, Leo, William, and Hartzel Zimmerman; and three sisters, Carol Jean Zimmerman, Ethel Wilamena Zimmerman, Leona Fann.
Celebration of Life will take place at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at Monroe Funeral Home, 604 E. Walworth Avenue in Delavan. Visitation will be held from 9:30 A.M. until the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to the family.
