Lawrence R. Illingworth Jr., age 53 of Delavan, WI, passed away on Sunday, August 3, 2014 at Mercy Hospital in Janesville, WI. He was born on June 17, 1961, the son of Lawrence and Patricia (Tenters) Illingworth Sr. Lawrence was united in marriage to Sharon Jensen on November 6, 1988 in Wheaton, IL. Along with his wife, they were owner and operators of A.C. Transfer out of Delavan, a division of United Van Lines. Lawrence enjoyed the outdoors, especially being on the water fishing and boating. He was also an avid Chicago Bears Fan. Lawrence is survived by his wife, Sharon of Delavan, one daughter, Lisa (Greg) Wynn of AL, three sons; David (Reesi) Guill of FL, Lawrence Illingworth III of Delavan, and Thomas Illingworth of Delavan, five grandchildren; Naomi, Nanami, Riley, Macy, and Davis, two brothers, Joseph (Kim) Illingworth of IL and Michael Illingworth of IL, two sisters, Deborah (Darrell) Roberts of IL and Maria (Brian) Steck of MA, his father, Lawrence Sr., many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in passing by his mother, Patricia.
Family will greet friends and family from 2:00-5:00pm on Friday, August 8, 2014 at Monroe Funeral Home in Delavan, WI.
