Eleanor L. Reed, age 87 of Delavan, WI, passed away Saturday, August 2, 2014 at Beloit Health and Rehabilitation in Beloit, WI. She was born on February 24, 1927, the daughter of Gotthard "Jack" and Jessie (Peterson) Lerwick. Eleanor was a member of the First Baptist Church in Delavan, WI. She was active in the Founders and First President of Elkhorn Junior Women's Club and Elkhorn Women's Club. With a lifetime interest in music, she was active in the church and community choirs and orchestras.
Eleanor is survived by her four children; Mark Reed, Susan Moore, John Reed and Rodney Reed, 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, her sister, Marlene Scheurell, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in passing by her parents and her brother, Gordon.
