DELAVAN – Luann B. Copeland, age 93, of Delavan passed away on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at Aurora Summit Medical Center. She was born in Thief River Falls, MN on April 16, 1930 to Jack and Sannia Dempster. Luann was united in marriage to Clyde Copeland. She worked for several years at the Wisconsin School for the Deaf.
Luann is survived by her daughter, Lyn (Tom) Frohling, of Sycamore, IL; a grandson, Ben (Ali) Copeland, of Tualatin, OR; five great grandchildren, Davidicus, Reseda, Ozias, Zane, and Alora; a brother, Bob Dempster, of Bend, OR; daughter-in-laws, Mary Ellen Turner and Karen Copeland; a niece, Julie Dempster; and a grand nephew, Caden.
Luann is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clyde; two sons, David and Mark; and a grandson Jason T. Higgins.
Memorial Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 416 W. Geneva Street in Delavan. Visitation will be held from 9:30 A.M. until the time of the service on Saturday at the church.
