Marilee Ann Wright, age 82, of Elkhorn, WI departed this world quietly in the early morning hours of Saturday, June 13, 2026 after a brief battle with cancer.
Marilee was preceded in death by her parents Carol and Eric Wright. Marilee is survived by her son, Kenneth (Christine) Harting; daughter, Michele (Charles) Morgan; her beloved grandchildren: Kyle Harting, Erin (Kevin) Jakubowicz, Dean Harting and Kevin MacPhail as well as her four treasured great-grandchildren: Brogan, Caden, Evelyn, and Owen. Marilee is also survived by her sister, Christine (Alan) Logan.
Marilee was a quiet lady who loved her family, cats and country music. She filled her years working as a bookkeeper, watching her family grow, attending numerous country music concerts with her sister and sharing her home with cats. She was an avid cross-stitcher having created many beautiful works of art which she proudly displayed in her home and gave as precious gifts to those she cherished. After she retired, she spent her time volunteering at a cat shelter in Arizona before moving back to the Midwest to be near family.
