DELAVAN – Michael W. Pierson, age 60, of Delavan passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at Aurora Zilber Family Hospice in Wauwatosa. He was born on April 19, 1966 in Elkhorn to Richard and Jennie (Stevens) Pierson. He was a 1986 graduate of DDHS.
Michael is survived by his mother, Jennie; siblings, Steven (Ivy Jiang) Pierson, of Delavan, Kathleen (Stephen) Newell, of Castle Rock, CO, Teresa (James) Speri, of Chesapeake, VA, James (Brenda) Pierson, of Oconomowoc, and Joseph (Karen) Pierson, of Whitewater.
Michael is preceded in death by his father, Richard, and a brother, Dennis.
The family would like to send special thanks and appreciation to all of Mike’s friends for their support and love for Mike. We would also like to thank the very special people with Aurora Hospice, Lakeland Hospital, Aurora Zilber Hospice, Dr. Virani, Dr. Poplar, Monroe Funeral Home, and all the many people involved in Mike’s cancer journey. His is loved by many and will be missed by all.
